- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the grounds, including lawns, gardens, and common areas.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants.
- Remove debris and litter from the grounds.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of outdoor events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and plant maintenance.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
